When are plans eligible for a refund?

Products are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if marked as "refundable" or "self-refundable". However, you must ensure the compatibility of your device and the quality of your internet before resorting to the refund service.

You will not be eligible for a refund for products that have been banned in your area or that have violated their terms of service, this is beyond our scope of expertise. In addition, you may not be eligible for a refund if Wise determines that you are abusing the refund policy.

Reasons for Refunds:

Service Not as Described: The channels or content provided do not match the description or expectations set at the time of purchase.

Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems that prevent the service from functioning properly, despite troubleshooting attempts.

Incompatibility: The service is not compatible with the customer's device or network setup.

Poor Quality:Poor Quality: The video or audio quality is consistently poor, making the service unusable.

Unauthorized Charges: Charges were made without the customer's consent.

Customer Dissatisfaction: The customer is not satisfied with the service for other reasons that significantly affect their viewing experience.

Delay in order: If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund.

How can I request a refund?

For refundable purchases if you have questions about the refund process, you can request a refund by clicking the Whatsapp icon in the bottom left on our Wise Home page and Launcher help page and submitting a refund request.

How will I get my refund?

By default, refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible. However, due to payment processing limitations, all refunds will be issued solely through PayPal. Please note that the time required for the refund to process may vary depending on your PayPal account and its processing times.

What about pre-purchases?

You can cancel your pre-purchase and get a refund at any time prior to the official order date and no later than 24 hours.

What if a plan I recently purchased goes on sale?

You can refund your purchase for a full refund and immediately re-purchase the product as long as it abides by the above guidelines. We do not consider this to be refund abuse.

If Wise determines that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for a refund. The policy is in place so you can buy with peace of mind and be assured that you are only spending on the tv you love and have fun streaming!
